Dr. Vladimir Kokovic
DDS, MSc, PhD, Specialist in Oral Surgery & Implantology
Dr. Vladimir Kokovic is the Founder and Owner of AEMC Dental Clinic in Dubai and a specialist in oral surgery and implantology with nearly 30 years of clinical experience.
Practicing implant dentistry since 1996, he has been a pioneer in ceramic implantology in the UAE since 2014.
Alongside his clinical work, Dr. Kokovic has built a distinguished academic career as a Professor and Visiting Professor at dental institutions across the UAE and Europe. He currently serves as a Visiting Professor at the Faculty of Dentistry in Pancevo, Serbia.
He also served as Director of the ITI Study Club Dubai from 2019 to 2025.
Dr. Kokovic is an Academician of both the European and Serbian Innovation Academies and is the author of 32 scientific publications, two books and two patents.
His contributions to innovation were recognized with a gold medal award in 2002.
His work focuses on advanced implantology, modern dental technologies and delivering exceptional patient-centered care.
Dr. Aleksandar Kokovic

Dr. Aleksandar Kokovic completed his primary and secondary education at the German International School Dubai, UAE.
He pursued his dental studies at Danube Private University in Krems an der Donau, Austria, graduating in 2023.
Continuing his commitment to advanced dentistry, he earned a Master's degree in Dental Aesthetics from the same university in 2026.
Since 2023, Dr. Aleksandar has gained almost three years of clinical experience as a General Dental Practitioner in a private clinic in Wels, Austria, treating a wide range of dental cases.
He has a strong professional interest in aesthetic and digital dentistry, with a focus on advanced techniques that enhance both function and appearance.
As part of the AEMC Dental Clinic team, he is dedicated to applying modern dental technologies and providing a high standard of care while creating natural, harmonious and beautiful smiles.
Dr. Rooney Touma

Dr. Rooney Touma is a Specialist Orthodontist with 8 years of clinical experience and a Syrian Board in Orthodontics.
He specializes in comprehensive orthodontic treatment using advanced techniques designed to achieve well-aligned teeth, balanced facial aesthetics and harmonious jaw relationships.
His experience includes growth modification and skeletal correction, with advanced expertise in miniscrew-assisted jaw expansion.
His modern orthodontic approach also considers airway function and supports the management of sleep-disordered breathing and TMD-related conditions.
